If you are finding difficult to change the color of the header/footer line color in microsoft office 2007, then here is the solution.
- Point your mouse cursor in header/footer area.
- Go to Home tab and there in the middle, you can find the Border Icon as you can see in the below figure.
- Click on the Drop down arrow next to that icon and then click on Borders and Shading.
- In Borders tab, select None in Settings.
- Now in Style, Select any of the Line design and choose the color of the line.
- Now Click on the Arrow icon next to Border icon as you saw in figure one and select the Border type i.e Bottom Border, Top Border, Left Border, Right Border and etc...
